I had a serious case of writer’s block the last few days. Tried to think of something all day Tuesday. Nothing. Into the night, tried to think of an idea.
Nothing.
Finally, at around 10:30 pm, in sheer desperation, I looked through some old notebooks and found this gag. Not sure how I missed it until now, but here it is.
So, I’d better start deciding what I’m going to do on Friday.
Now where did I put that old notebook?

Sports as an analogy for war is a constant theme in all manner of stories. And that goes double for dodgeball.
I like Ryan in the “leader of men” role. I may try to do something else with that in the future.
