And by the way, that’s Arlo Wazzo from “Those Funky Idiots” giving Rooster the bad news in panel 8. I appreciate Tom Cherry letting Arlo loose for a cameo appearance. This is my first try at someone else’s character and I have to admit I was a little nervous. Fortunately, a couple of shots of whiskey helped me get it done (and, conveniently, gives me a good excuse in case Tom doesn’t like how it came out…)

This week was an interesting little experiment for me. Going to a 3-consecutive-day schedule helped tell the story I think, rather than my usual M-W-F setup, where the extra day between each strip probably would’ve hurt. I’ll probably do this again the next time I want to tell a short, 3 episode story. Of course, that means planning ahead of time and informing you when that’s going to happen.
Oh boy… thinking ahead. Not my strongest suit.
