In case you didn’t notice it, I finally got around to upgrading to ComicPress 2.9.2. I think it really looks good so far, though I think I’ll need to tweak it a bit more.
I really haven’t had the time to do much more than keep up with the strips (and haven’t been doing such a great job of that) due to spending the spring and summer watching my son play baseball, first for his high school team, then for the local American Legion team.
But now the baseball season is over for him and now he’s getting ready to go off to college. Not that he won’t be playing baseball there, but I won’t certainly won’t be able to be there for every game. (I may have a little more to say about baseball. Check this blog for future notes.)
So now I finally have some time to do more to support this webcomic. I think. Just off the top of my head, I’ve been meaning to set up a Facebook page for “Ryan’s Dad” for some time. Maybe do some wallpapers for those who’ve followed this strip up until now. Reach out to others doing webcomics, maybe even try to (gulp) socialize a little. Interacting with others doesn’t exactly fit into my wheelhouse, but maybe it’s time I worked at it a bit.
