One thing I’ve discovered in doing “Ryan’s Dad” is that I really enjoy drawing different expressions on Rooster. The goofier the better.
So here’s a chart of some expressions that might be used in future strips. I don’t have any specific ideas to go with all of them yet, but you never know.
By the way, the last one was inspired by my dog.
For starters, I like this color scheme. I know it’s boring to you, but much easier for someone to read. As for the faces, I completely understand the last one. We have a cat that seems to enjoy getting on your lap and passing gas. Funny strip. God bless you Tony.
